Our Boarding facilities are open all year and are fully heated. They are the 'cats whiskers' and each enclosure is a comfortable penthouse with its own sleeping area and generous run. Plus we also have pens that are suited for cats with specific needs i.e. visual and physical impairments.
There is 24 hour supervision and individual diets are catered for. The runs are separated by sneeze guards and open onto a safety passage.
We also care for cats who are on medication. All cats must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate with them when they check in. Failure to this this means we will be unable to board your cat with us.
Inspection of our Boarding facility is always welcome between 10am - 2pm. However, please call first and make an appointment.
All proceeds from Boarding contribute to the work of the Sanctuary in helping to rescue and re-home our many abandoned cats and kittens and also helps to maintain our feral community in the Paddocks.

What are the requirements for our cats to board?
All cats must be up to date with their cat flu and Enteritis vaccinations and their certificates must be presented at drop off. We do also ask that your cats are up to date with their flea and worming treatment, at least seven days prior to your check in date. We do reserve the right to refuse admission if a cat is showing signs of ill health.
Food, beds, blankets? Do you provide or can we bring our own?
We do provide plenty of bedding, blankets and toys as well as a good selection of wet and dry foods however, we do not mind you bringing some creature comforts from home if it will help settle your cat(s) in, especially if it’s their first time boarding with us. Please note, if you do wish to bring some items from home you do so at your own risk, and we cannot be responsible for loss or damage. If your cat is on a special or a veterinary prescribed diet you must bring this with you.
My cat is on medication can they still board?
Yes, we can administer medications for your cat(s) but unfortunately, we cannot board cats who are on insulin injections. For any medications, we ask that you bring the medication in the original packaging with the vet label present. There is an additional charge for administering medication which starts from £1 per day. Any morning medications on your arrival date, we do ask that these are administered prior to coming in.
Please note: We do not recommend letting your cat(s) out the day you bring them into boarding, no matter how discreet you can be with the suitcases and pet carriers they can sense something is happening. We also suggest that when you get your cat(s) home that you may wish to keep them in for a couple of days so that they get used to their surroundings again.
